40th SPICE Meeting 69th ICECE Work Group Meeting

SPICE Group member Ron Kysiak succeeded to organize a special forum on Central and east European experience in business incubation and technology parks and found sponsorship by the German Marshall Fund to invite experts from the other side of the Atlantic. Jacek Gulinski, President of the Polish Association PBICA and Jan Naxera representing the BIC Pilsen, Czech Republic, both members of ICECE/SPICE, were two of the experts. The discussion showed that experience from Central Europe is something to learn from. The East—West transfer of experience is developing.
