140th SPICE Meeting at the First Business Incubation Forum in Saudi Arabia

The first International Conference on Business Incubation in Saudi Arabia brought together experienced speakers from all around the world, including SPICE group members from 12 countries. The conference "Business Incubation- Bridging the Link between Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship" was aimed at laying a foundation for developing business incubators in Saudi Arabia and also benefited from the experience gained through cooperation in the MENAinc network (see report in SPICE Update No 85).
