136th SPICE Meeting on a Boat in Bangkok, Thailand

The 136th SPICE Meeting was held at the occasion of the international conference "Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship effectively through Business Incubation - Dialogue on international success stories, lessons learned, implementation instruments and importance of networking". Organized by InWent, Germany this conference brought together business incubation experts from all around the world with leaders of business incubation projects in many Asian countries (for more details, pelase se SPICE Update No 81). Before the conference started members of SPICE group took the opportunity for traveling on the "Chao Phraya" river with two longboats - one for teh SPICE Art Ball, the other one to discuss expriences and pland, visions and relities.
