Members of SPICE Group

• commit themselves personally to promote entrepreneurial activities as well as innovation in their countries—not matter which professional function they actually have and which organization of company they work for,
• accept responsibility for helping the international exchange of information and cooperation as well as acting as multiplicators in their countries for the collection and distribution of information,
• participate in meetings, conferences and other activities of the network based on their own resources,
• support each other with information and active participation whenever possible.

SPICE Group works on a self sustaining basis. Members devote part of their resources (or resources acquired from third parties for this purpose) for supporting the activities of SPICE Group and support each other mutually in developing and organizing national and international events as well as acquiring funds for joint projects for promotion of innovation, business incubation and entrepreneurship.

SPICE Group meets at least four times per year to exchange information and experience as well as to prepare projects. These meetings are for Members and invited guests only. If possible, such meetings are organized at other events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars etc) to secure the best possible use of time and finance. Public events of the SPICE Group ("SPICE Forum") are open for participation of all parties interested. Participation fees occur for non-members attending the meetings (as invited guests) and for public events.
